Seventeen people were arrested between August 29th and 30th during a warrant exercise in Tobago. The value of the affiliation warrants amounted to over 160,000 dollars. The following is a press release from the TTPS:
A warrant exercise conducted between Sunday 29th and Monday 30th August, 2021 resulted in the arrest of 17 persons. During the exercise, which took place in Tobago, 21 affiliation warrants and one first instance warrant were executed. The value of the affiliation warrants amounted to over 160,000 dollars.
The exercise was spearheaded by ASP Kirk and supervised by Ag Insp Campbell and included officers from the Process Unit, Shirvan C.I.D, COVID-19 Task Force, Tobago Divisional Task Force, Scarborough Police and Roxborough Police.
