The sea-bridge ferry MV Jean de la Valette will be sailing at 8:30 am from Tobago, beginning this Saturday 3 October 2020, and every Saturday after that, instead of 6:30 am as previously scheduled.
That’s according to a new advisory issued by the Trinidad and Tobago Inter-island Transportation Company Limited (TTIT).
The TTIT says the return sailing of the Jean de la Valette on Saturdays will remain at 4 pm.
Meanwhile, the MV Cabo Star will be undergoing urgent repairs on its turbocharger this weekend.
As such, its scheduled sailings on Sunday 4th October 2020—the 12:30 pm sailing from Port-of-Spain and the 11.00pm sailing from Scarborough—have been cancelled.
The TTIT is advising drivers that upon the Cabo Star’s arrival in Port-of-Spain on Saturday 3rd October 2020, all vehicles must be discharged from the Cabo Star by 7:00 am.
Affected passengers are not required to revalidate their ferry tickets.
