The family of Leonardo Williams, one of the men killed by police on Saturday morning felt the protests reflect the community’s disgust over the boy’s killing. 22-year-old Leonardo and two other men were killed on the Brian Lara Promenade. The boy’s mother denies that her son was involved in any criminal activity.
