The contractor involved in the Paria diving incident two weeks ago is breaking its silence on the tragedy.
LMCS says in the hours following the incident, it was prevented from conducting a rescue mission by Paria and the Coast Guard.
Now through its attorney, LMCS, which lost four of its employees, is calling for full accountability for their deaths.
Meanwhile, Paria fuel trading company is pushing back, claiming its operations did not cause the incident.
