The Ministry of Works and Transport is advising the public that the new Windscreen and Window Tint Regulations, 2020 allows for a Tint Exemption with an approved Medical Condition. Details follow in this press release from the ministry:

Remember, the Application Form MUST also be completed by a medical practitioner who is a Registered Medical Specialist in the Medical Specialist Register under the Medical Board Act, Chap. 29:50

Vehicle owners and motorists, ensure that you get your vehicle’s tint levels tested at a reputable tint shop, before December 31st, 2021.
