A major update to the Piarco Airport corruption cases and this is separate from the Miami case involving Attorney General Reginald Armour. The Privy Council has ruled the preliminary inquiries into four sets of fraud charges will essentially start from scratch. The ruling comes almost three years after a high court judge ruled that preliminary inquiries into two other sets of charges related to the construction of the airport had to be restarted because a magistrate retired before completing them.
