One man was arrested by officers of the Tobago Divisional Task Force after a large quantity of cash and narcotics were found at his home.
According to police reports, during an exercise, the officers conducted a search at the home of the suspect where they found a large quantity of cash in various denominations in multiple pants pockets in a wardrobe and in a brown card box. The cash totalled $251,437.

A quantity of marijuana was also found in the hand of the suspect, in addition to 13 marijuana trees, which were found on the premises.
The exercise was coordinated by Snr Supt Anand Ramasar, spearheaded and supervised by Sgt Stewart, with the assistance of officers from the Moriah and Roxborough Criminal Investigation Department, (CID) and the K-9 unit. The suspect was arrested. Sgt. Steward and PC Ferguson are continuing investigations.
