RHONDOR DOWLAT-ROSTANT

Skeletal remains were found in an abandoned building in El Dorado.  The identity of the deceased person is yet to be determined.

Police said the discovery was made at about 5 pm on Wednesday January 19th, by people who were passing through the abandoned building at the corner of Green Street and Bazilon Extension.

The skeletal remains of what appeared to be a human being were found partially hidden in a pile of rubble.  Also found at the scene were a blue overall, a cushion, and several bricks.

The police were called in and a team of officers—including PC Ali, PC De Four, and PC Ottley—responded.

The remains were viewed by a district medical officer who ordered its removal from the scene to the Forensic Science Centre, pending identification and an autopsy.
