The “taste of carnival” festival could cost as much as thirty-five million dollars. The National Carnival Commission revealed the budget for the scale-down show saying it already has everything in place for its first event, set for this Friday. The event though will be virtual. As for the in-person shows, the NCC says that these will be held in a pod-format.
