This can now be done from their cellphones or personal devices/computers using a simple website. This service is being provided as part of the company’s enhanced value offer to customers especially within the current COVID changes.
The Cemex Track Tool allows customers to view the location of their order with the click of a button. Michelle Bissoon, Group Process & IT Coordinator says, “CEMEX TRACK will increase efficiency in these challenging times. By a few simple clicks, our customers can now track their product, giving them a visual of the delivery truck’s location. We are using innovation and CEMEX global experience to continue adding value to our customers.”
Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic required finding more innovative ways to engage customers and improving the ease of doing business, Country Manager, Guillermo Rojo explained, “This tool allows the company to provide real time information that is critical to our clients in a transparent manner, it will improve the way our customers do business with us. Currently the tool has been implemented for cement customers and it is expected that concrete customers will be able to track their delivery as early as January 2021.”
