Three suspects were arrested for house-breaking with intent, during anti-crime exercises carried out by Northern Division, North Eastern and Western Division Police, on Thursday 29th October 2020.
The police operations were carried out between the hours of 1 pm and 9.30 pm on that date.
According to a release from the TTPS, two suspects from Morvant were arrested for house breaking with intent, while a third suspect from Sea Lots was arrested for house breaking with intent and possession of a prohibited weapon.
Also during the exercises, police found a firearm hidden in a dustbin.

The TTPS says police officers searched a dustbin located on the Eastern Main Road, Laventille, in the vicinity of the NP Gas Station, in which they found and seized one Taurus black and chrome pistol containing one magazine with no ammunition.
However, no one was arrested in connection with this find.
The exercises were spearheaded by Insp Pitt, supervised Ag/Cpl Bedasie and included members of the Northern Division Task Force (NDTF) Intelligence Unit, NDTF Central Base, NDTF West Base and Arouca Crime Patrol.
Investigations are continuing.
