Three men are to appear before a Princes Town and Scarborough magistrate to answer to sexual charges against minors.
This follows two separate investigations, headed by ASP Nowbutt, ASP Sookdeo, and supervised by W/INSP Francis and Sgt Miller of the Southern and Tobago Division Child Protection Units, respectively.
The Police Service said in the first incident, Southern CPU officers received a report from a 13-year-old minor that a man grabbed her breast and tried to kiss her.
Lead investigator, WPC Romilly of the Southern Division CPU, immediately launched an enquiry which led to the arrest of a 69-year-old pensioner.
The accused is to answer a charge of one count of sexual touching.
In another incident, a 15-year-old girl of Tobago, reported to CPU officers that she was subjected to sexual assaults by two males.
An investigation, led by WPC Jackson of the Tobago CPU, resulted in the arrest of two male suspects, aged 20 and 28, in connection to the incident.
The duo was each slapped with one count of sexual penetration of a child.
