Two more people have died from COVID-19 bringing the virus’ death toll locally up to 118. According to the Ministry of Health’s daily update, the victims were an elderly male and female who both had pre-existing medical conditions. The total number of cases recorded in the country also rose to 6,586 after the ministry confirmed 16 additional infections from samples taken between November 15 to 24 to 26. However, the total number of people to recover from the virus also increased to 5,710 after the ministry released 30 people from its care; eight people were discharged from public health facilities while 22 were released from home self-isolation as recovered community cases. There were 758 active cases remaining with 677 in home self-isolation.

Of these in home self-isolation, 175 were in the prison system.

There were 36 people were in hospitals and 29 were in step-down/transitional facilities.

There were 205 people in state quarantine facilities.
