The Water and Sewerage Authority has issued an advisory alerting its customers and the public that its telephone and computer network systems outside of its Head Office, St. Joseph, currently are out of service.
According to the WASA advisory:
“This situation began on Tuesday 9th March 2021 and has been impacting the provision of various services at the Authority’s Customer Service Centres, including requests for billing and account information.”
WASA says its service provider is working assiduously on correcting the problem.
It apologizes for any inconvenience being experienced by its customers and the public in general.
