6 whole crabs cleaned

4 tbsp green seasoning

2 packs Maggi Crab Flavour D’ Pot

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 medium onion sliced

4 cloves garlic chopped

6 pimentos sliced

2 sprigs fresh Thyme

Hot pepper to taste

2 tbsp Maggi Curry Powder

1 pack Maggi Coconut Milk Powder dissolved in 1 c water

For Dumplings

1 c flour

½ c grated cassava

1 tsp Maggi Naturismo Seasoning

¼ c water


  1. Combine all ingredients for dumplings in a bowl and knead well. Dough should be firm but still pliable. Set aside to rest
  2. Season crab with Maggi Crab Flavour and green seasoning
  3. In a large iron pot on low heat, add oil onion, garlic, pimento and thyme. Add hot pepper if using
  4. Add curry powder and cook for 10 minutes until fragrant
  5. Add seasoned crab and pour in coconut milk. Stir well to combine
  6. Cover and cook for 20 – 25 mins. Add water if needed for sauce
  7. Shape dumplings as desired and cook in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain and set aside
  8. Serve curried crab hot on top dumplings
